Mission

The overall purpose is to support the ongoing enhancement of internal business activities of CHAMP Cargosystems in the area of CRM administration and customization, and integration of other business management tools.

Accountabilities

The position holder is in general accountable for the accomplishment of following tasks:

  • Day to day administration of CRM, including data quality enhancement, integration of new data sources, screen, field and workflow customization
  • Defining business management tool integration requirements and data flows
  • First point of contact for CRM related queries, issues and requests

 Knowledge and skills

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Engineering or similar work experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role ideally in the transportation or logistics sector 
  • Proven track record of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/ 2016 administration and customization. A Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/ 2016 Certification will be a strong asset
  • Profound experience of web based scripting (Javascript), Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/ 2016 and skills in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server are considered as a strong asset
  • Proven ability to manipulate and clean data in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid Understanding of the challenges of integrating business management systems
  • Knowledge and experience of integrating multiple data sources
  • Conversant with standard Microsoft Office tools
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to interact on all management levels of the organization
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven, multitask environment
  • Proven initiative to work alone when necessary yet flexible to work as part of a team
  • Ability/ willingness to participate in some international travel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with all customer’s organisational levels
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; French, German and other languages will be an asset
