Hats the way to do it: CargoLogicAir satisfies oil and gas demand

British all-cargo airline CargoLogicAir has had a busy time since it launched its first scheduled services in mid-August, due to strong demand from the oil and gas industry for capacity from the US to the Middle East.
The twice-weekly Boeing 747-400 freighter flights between London Stansted and Mexico City operate via Frankfurt, Houston, Atlanta and Abu Dhabi. They are supported in the Middle East by road feeder services providing speedy deliveries to Dubai International, Dubai World Central and Sharjah airports.
CargoLogicAir has carried over 2,000 tonnes of airfreight on the flights since they commenced. Chief commercial officer Steve Harvey observed: “The level of support from customers in the US for our first scheduled cargo route has been exceptional, and particularly the amount of oil and gas cargo we have carried so far.”
The airline is expanding its scheduled services: it links London and Frankfurt with Dubai and Hong Kong and recently launched connections between Europe and Tel Aviv.
