UIA selects ECS Globe Air Cargo India as GSSA for the subcontinent

Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) has selected ECS Globe Air Cargo India to provide General Services & Sales Agent (GSSA) services in the Indian Subcontinent.
UIA began offering a three-nights-a-week service from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport to Kiev-Boryspil from May 1. A fourth frequency will be added on June 7.
The UIA flights are operated utilising a Boeing 767-300ER with available cargo capacity up to 8-10 tons.
ECS Globe Air Cargo India expects to generate a cargo volume of about 2,000 tons per annum for UIA / PS – with pharmaceuticals, leather goods, chemicals, machinery, textile being among the most important commodities.
UIA provides connections to 38 countries in Europe, Asia, America, Africa, and the Middle East, with the wider ECS group providing GSSA services at a number of destinations.
