Cargolux aircraft carry key client names

Cargolux has begun adding the name and logo of key customers to the livery of its freighter aircraft, along with a ‘Powered By’ legend.
Three Cargolux Boeing 747 freighters already carry the added branding of a major customer. More client names will appear on other aircraft of the fleet in the near future, the Luxembourg-based carrier confirmed.
Cargolux said that the move “underlines the importance of its successful long-term relations with the world’s freight forwarders who play an important role in the global supply chains and who continue to power Cargolux’s success”.
“For Cargolux, 2016 is the ‘Year of the Customer’,” commented Niek van der Weide, Cargolux executive vice president, sales & marketing.
“We focus our efforts and energy on what our partners in the industry require from us and strive to offer perfect solutions for their needs.
“Working with our customers in a mutually beneficial partnership, it is an honour for Cargolux to carry their name and logos on its freighters as a sign of friendship and the strengthening of our common goals.”
Cargolux began to apply the branding of its partners to its aircraft during recent celebrations in the presence of customers representatives and the carrier’s management.
