Etihad and Lufthansa to announce “new commercial partnership”

Etihad and Lufthansa will this morning details of a "new commercial partnership" at a press conference in Abu Dhabi.
Etihad Aviation Group President and chief executive officer James Hogan and Carsten Spohr, Lufthansa Group chairman and chief executive, will host the conference.
On January 18, Etihad has denied press speculation that it is looking to take a stake of between 30%-40% in German carrier Lufthansa.
