Singapore Airlines extends WFS cargo contracts

Singapore Airlines has extended its cargo handling contracts with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in France and the UK.
In France, the Paris-headquartered handler looks after the airline’s daily A380 flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle as well as providing offline cargo reception points, handling and domestic trucking at all WFS stations across the country.
In London, WFS will continue to handle cargo for the carrier’s double-daily Airbus A380-800 services, as well as its twice-daily Being B777-300 flights, between Heathrow and Singapore.
The company also already takes care of Singapore Airlines’ cargo in Copenhagen, Frankfurt and Stockholm.
WFS director of cargo sales Europe Stéphane Scholving said: “In Paris, we have worked together for over 30 years, so we clearly understand Singapore Airlines’ service requirements. This is enabling us to continue to grow our relationship with the airline at other points in its international network.”
