Arvato opens Shanghai bonded site

Logistics firm Arvato SCM Solutions is to open a new bonded warehouse for high-tech, entertainment and consumer products close to Shanghai airport, its third facility in China. Services available will include processing of imports and exports, warehousing, multi-channel distribution, returns management and other value-added services. The access-controlled location has a monitoring system goods can be stored indefinitely in the licensed bonded area.
Head of Arvato SCM Solutions Asia, Raoul Kuetemeier, commented: “This new bonded warehouse enhances our logistics network in the Chinese market and underscores our commitment to provide the most flexible and competitive supply chain solutions for our clients.”
