Abu Dhabi cargo hike

CARGO traffic at Abu Dhabi International Airport enjoyed a 5.7 per cent increase in July, writes Thelma Etim, deputy editor.
The facility handled 67,456 tonnes in comparison with 63,794 during the same month in 2013. 
Year-to-date air cargo volumes also rose by 14.3 per cent to 445,341 tonnes compared with 389,531 recorded in the first seven months of last year, says a company statement.
