ACT

IN June 2007, the Directorate General of Turkish Civil Aviation, published the Commercial Air Transport Operator Regulation SHY-6A, with a revision which obligated all passenger and cargo operators with scheduled flights to receive IATA IOSA certification within three years, at the latest, from the date from which they received their operating licence.

ACT Airlines initiated the certification process by reaching an agreement with Parc Aviation, which is authorised by IATA as an oversight authority. Following the successful completion of the necessary procedures, ACT entered the list of registered operators published on the IATA website.

The certification signifies that ACT has fulfilled more than 900 criteria covering the organisation and management systems, flight operations management, operational control and dispatch, engineering and maintenance, ground operations, cargo and security.
