Asiana expands fleet

ASIANA Airlines is lifting capacity on its route from Incheon (South Korea) to the US west coast.

World Airways, a subsidiary of Global Aviation Holdings, has reached an agreement with Asiana to operate one 747-400 freighter on a full-time basis beginning this month.

“World Airways welcomes the opportunity to fly for Asiana and build on the close cooperation we have shared for more than 10 years,” commented Brian Bauer, chief commercial officer, of Global. “Our 747-400 freighter fleet is well suited to support Asiana’s impressive cargo network growth.”
