THE Baltic Air Charter Association (BACA), has added new council members for 2008.

Justin Bowman, group commercial director of Air Charter Service, Alastair Kiernan of Titan Airways and John Ellis of London Air Charter Centre, have joined the charter association.

BACA council members are charged with effectively representing the interests of commercial aviation companies, particularly in the air charter industries and markets. Currently, BACA counts among its members some 125 companies, which include air brokers, charter airlines, airports, business aircraft operators, freight forwarders, consultants and others.

“I’m very pleased to welcome our newest council members,” said Markham Jackson, BACA Chairman. “They have all shown exemplary dedication to upholding and promoting BACA’s principal objective, which is to promote integrity and ethical business practices so that our members are provided with the means to deal with each other with confidence, regardless of location or previous history.”
