Cargolux increases flights out of Atlanta

CARGOLUX has announced it will increase its service between Luxembourg and Atlanta. A third weekly flight will add 70 tonnes of freight flying out of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
That non-mail freight has fallen over 14 per cent from this time last year means that any increase in service will be welcome to airport and Georgia, which contributes US$300 billion to its home state.
“Cargolux is among our list of premier all-cargo carriers,” Arnaldo Ruiz, assistant general manager for commercial development, said in a news release. “We believe Cargolux’s new transatlantic service will truly be an economic stimulus for the region by bringing more jobs and revenue.”
