Green light for Nigeria cargo airport

NIGERIA’S government has given the go ahead to build a cargo airport in Anambra state. While it is ostensibly for the use of Orient Petroleum, which will be building an oil refinery in the area, it will also be open to other cargo and passenger flights.Both the local government and Orient will be footing the construction bill.The airport will be sited in an area that has already been mapped out for a proposed “mega city”, which has been described as Africa’s Dubai.
