Hong Kong’s depressing December

CARGO throughput at Hong Kong Airport’s (China) Asia Airfreight Terminal in December 2011 fell nine per cent year-on-year.
Total registered cargo for the month was 61,324 metric tonnes, down one per cent from November 2011.
The biggest year-on-year drop came in November with a loss of 10 per cent compared with the previous year.
