Jettainer completes partner certification programme

Jettainer has completed the certification of its outsourced ULD partners around the globe, a measure it hopes will reassure customers that the repair shops it uses conform to set standards.
The Lufthansa-owned ULD management company developed its own quality seal for companies repairing airfreight pallets and containers in the spring of this year.
All the companies that Jettainer outsources to have provided evidence of conforming to Jettainer’s quality guidelines through an audit and they have received the “Certified Repair Partner” quality seal.
Jettainer said it handles the selection and auditing of workshops for air freight containers and pallets on the basis of international sector standards and special customer requests.
It added that it will continually monitor, adapt and enhance its network of repair partners as part of its global expansion programme.
The first “certified repair partner”, Deufol Airport Services, received the award at the Air Cargo Europe exhibition in Munich.
