Kerry Logistics’ majority stake in Mexico’s Cargo Master’s Group

HONG KONG-based Kerry Logistics has acquired a majority stake in Mexico’s Cargo Master’s Group (CMG).
A logistics and forwarding company, CMG boasts a domestic network of six offices throughout Mexico, including Guadalajara, Queretaro and Monterrey.
It is Kerry Logistics’ second major investment in Latin America this year, following the June acquisition of Braservice of Brazil.
“This acquisition is part of our strategic objective to further develop our business and network in the dynamic Americas region,” reveals William Ma, managing director of Kerry Logistics Network.
Kerry has a strong focus on China.
