Mayrhuber and Schlede replaced on Swiss board

CHRISTOPH Franz and Stefan Lauer succeed Wolfgang Mayrhuber and Klaus Schlede on the Swiss board of directors as chairman of the executive board and chief executive officer of Deutsche Lufthansa respectively.
Rolf Jetzer, chairman of the Swiss board of directors, said: “The Swiss board of directors has set its course for the years ahead in terms of personnel. With the appointment of Christoph Franz and Stefan Lauer, Lufthansa will continue to be represented on the Swiss board of directors by two exceptionally strong, experienced individuals. I look forward to working closely and productively together with both.
