Parchim debt still outstanding

THE Chinese buyer of northern Germany’s Parchim airport, has been granted a payment extension to pay the outstanding purchase price of EUR 30 million.
However, the city is not able to demand the airport back, as it is in no position to cover the running costs, which are currently paid by the Chinese investor.
