Plugging the airfreight information gap

London-based charter specialist chartersphere and software company WebCargoNet aim to plug the gaps in existing airline schedules and rates with a new partnership.
Existing information sources do not fully cover the needs of shippers of outsized or urgent goods, or a shipment to a remote destination not covered by scheduled services, they consider.
WebCargoNet sales manager for the UK and US, Wayne Tyndall explained: “These are all situations where chartersphere can help, and our goal is to help our clients to save time and work more efficiently,” he said. “Now the forwarder will be able to direct their request to a highly experienced charter specialist.”
Chartersphere managing director Paul Bennett, added: “The partnership brings together cutting-edge aviation software with our proven track record in the global cargo business.”
