Saudia’s sea-sky move

SAUDI Airlines Cargo and the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (NSCSA) will work together in partnership to ship urgent goods.

The three-year agreement means Saudia will freight NSCSA goods and equipment, which may include cargo from a 2011 NSCSA deal with the Ministry of Defense, valued at 230 million Saudi Riyals (US$61.3 million).

Saudia Cargo and NSCSA will develop trade between the nation and other countries through different types of transport services, Saudia Cargo chief executive officer Fahad Hammad comments.
