Time critical for Dentressangle

Norbert Dentressangle has launched a complete range of time critical services for urgent and specialist deliveries.
The air and sea division of the French logistics operator has recruited time critical expert Stacy Rouillon, along with a team of specialists, to deliver and develop the tailor-made product.
These currently include secure critical services, including on-board courier, chartered aircraft and secure container, for confidential, valuable or sensitive items and air critical services for urgent shipments.
The full product range will be available to a number of sectors, including oil and gas, automotive, manufacturing, fashion and life sciences.
Based within Norbert Dentressangle’s existing offices at Heathrow, the new business unit will offer a 24/7/365 service, with shipments picked up within 60 minutes of booking confirmation.
Rouillon says: “At some point, almost all supply chains rely on time critical services – whether it be to avoid a costly production line stoppage or in the life sciences sector where it can genuinely be a matter of life or death.”
