A US cargo pilot arrested for being drunk at the controls will face trial in October.
Paul Robbin Roessler denies operating a twin-engine PA-34 under the influence.
Roessler of Federal Way, Washington State (US) faces one charge of being in “unlawful operation of a common carrier under the influence of alcohol” at Spokane International Airport in Washington State.
He was charged on 29 April and his trial at Spokane District Federal Court has been scheduled for 22 October. If he is found guilty he could face 15 years in prison.
