Ziegler Group launches Ziegler UK

BRUSSELS-based forwarding group Ziegler has announced the launch of Ziegler UK. The new company took over part of Anglo Overseas, which has been placed into administration following financial difficulties and irregularities.

Ziegler UK will be managed by Paul Hoornaert, who will be supported by Graham Locke and David Scace. Core activities will include freight forwarding, road transport, logistics and overseas transport. It will have its headquarters in London and have seven UK branch offices in Birmingham, Dover, Durham, Felixstowe, Glasgow, Portsmouth and South West (Newport).
