Cathay steals back e-freight lead

CATHAY PACIFIC has won back its ‘e’-crown in the e-freight race, IATA’s statistics show. 
It is now ranked as the carrier that operates the most e-AWB shipments, according to the association’s latest top-10 league table.  
Cathay’s e-AWB volumes climbed by 45.7 per cent, overtaking Emirates’ 28 per cent.  
Korean Air remains in third place. 
GLOBAL penetration reached 14.3 per cent in April – beating March’s record 200,000 e-AWB shipments.
