Tigers provides global B2B and B2C solutions for Rapha

Shahar Ayash, Tigers

Hong Kong-headquartered Tigers has expanded its partnership with Rapha, providing fulfilment services for the cycling sportswear brand from Tigers’ new facility in Thurrock.

Those services include distribution within the UK, the European Union and Korea; other markets in Asia are to be served from Tigers’ Hong Kong warehouse.

Rapha is using Tigers’ SmartHub:Connect (SH:C) freight, e-commerce and logistics platform for both its B2B and its B2C deliveries.

“Customer experience is a core part of the logistics function today, and technology is a major lever in supporting this,” said Alex Bezer, director of Technology at Rapha.

Bezer highlighted the “full visibility through the global supply chain and logistics cycle” that SH:C allows.

“Digital technology is the future of the logistics and supply chain industry, and Rapha is demonstrating how SH:C simplifies e-commerce, fulfilment, and distribution for organisations, especially for those with a global marketplace,” said Tigers managing director – UK and Europe, Shahar Ayash.
