Aeronaves TSM signs up for B737 conversion

AEI B737-800SF

Mexico-based Aeronaves TSM has signed a deal with conversion house Aeronautical Engineers Inc (AEI) for one firm order for a B737-400SF, and an option for one additional freighter conversion.

These aircraft represent TSM’s entry into the B737-400SF freighter platform. The first aircraft (MSN 28150) will commence modification in March 2021. All modification touch labor will be performed by the authorised AEI Conversion Center, Commercial Jet, in Dothan, Alabama.

TSM currently operates 13 AEI MD-80SF series freighters and is AEI’s largest customer for the platform. Additionally, TSM operates 6 AEI CRJ200 SF freighters.
