Saudia Cargo signs up to booking platform cargo.one

Saudia Cargo will add its capacity to online booking portal cargo.one as it continues with its digitalisation drive.

The move means that freight forwarders will be able to instantly book space on Saudia’s flights.

The airline’s capacity will become available on the cargo.one platform in the second quarter of 2021, giving freight forwarders “additional access to routes across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, and the US”, the partners said.

Teddy Zebitz, chief cargo officer, Saudia Cargo said: “With cargo.one, we expect to further improve our operational efficiency. The pandemic has reinforced the importance of flexibility and speed in air cargo, with simplicity and process optimization being keys to success.

“Through cargo.one, we will offer our customers a fast, simple, and first-class booking experience. It will also enable us to quickly share and promote our ever-evolving freighter and passenger freighter network.”
