US-based freighter operator Amerijet has selected Strike Aviation for GSA services in Poland.

Strike Aviation said that the new contract will allow it to offer a greater range of services to customers, particularly in the Latin America regions where many of Amerijet’s services operate.

“We can see a huge potential for cargo transport between Poland and Latin America. The new partnership with Amerijet will allow us to tap this potential and significantly strengthen our position in the Polish market,” said Andrius Antanaitis, director of business development for Europe at Strike Aviation.

“In cooperation with Amerijet, we will have the opportunity to transport both standard and oversized cargo.”

Strike Aviation Poland has been operating since 2013 with headquarters in Warsaw, and the sales operations in Krakow.

Amerijet is expanding its freighter fleet and offers a network covering Europe, the US, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

The carrier specialises in transporting pharmaceutical products, temperature-sensitive goods such as fruits and flowers, heavy cargo, hazardous materials and live animals.
