New man to head Dentressangle air and sea

Loïc Gay has joined Norbert Dentressangle to head the forwarding group’s air and sea division.
A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Gay has pursued his career in France, Belgium, Australia and the US, holding commercial and operational management positions with a number of leading operators.
Norbert Dentressangle chief executive Hervé Montjotin, said that Gay would oversee the next stage in the development of the group’s freight forwarding business.
Norbert Dentressangle’s air and sea business achieved turnover of €206m in 2014, up 42 per cent from 2013 and 2.8 per cent on a like-for-like basis.
It has particular expertise in aerospace, chemicals, luxury goods, major cargo projects and customs engineering, notably on the Europe-Russia and China-US trade lanes.
