July’s e-AWB global adoption rises to 29.2%

July’s global electronic-air waybill (e-AWB) penetration rose by 0.5 percentage points from prior month to 29.2%, and so is unlikely to meet IATA’s target of 45% by December.
“The growth is still slower than expected and not sufficient to meet the industry target of 45% by the end of 2015,” said IATA in its regular e-AWB update.
