AirBridgeCargo renews safety certificate

Russia’s AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC) has renewed its IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) for a further two years following a five-day independent audit.
Inspectors reviewed the carrier’s flight performance, operating control, maintenance and ground handling, aviation security and quality management under the standard two-year re-evaluation scheme.
IOSA certified airlines have a crash rate 2.5 times lower than non-certified airlines, says IATA. ABC was first awarded an IOSA certificate in 2012.
