More muscle for Frankfurt freight grouping

Kühne + Nagel, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Association of the Hessen/Rhineland-Palatinate (SLV) have joined the Air Cargo Community Frankfurt.
The grouping, which represents the interests of the air cargo industry in the city, now has 41 members from all sectors of the air logistics chain.
Community executive director, Joachim von Winning, welcomed the addition of “two real global players” as well as the SLV which, with its hundreds of member companies “now represents an enormous range across small, medium-sized and large companies in the region.”
It numbers around 400 regional freight forwarding and logistics companies, which together employ more than 30,000 people.
