Dnata Heathrow completes safety standard audit

Dnata has completed a new IATA safety and security audit for its ground operations at London Heathrow.
Heathrow is dnata tenth station to complete IATA’s Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO), following on Dubai (DXB and DWC), Geneva, Zurich, Manila, Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
ISAGO is an internationally-recognised system for assessing the operational management and control systems of an organisation that provides ground handling services for airlines.
The standards cover organisation and management systems, load control, passenger handling, aircraft handling and loading, aircraft ground movement and cargo and mail handling.
The ISAGO programme for dnata UK, London Gatwick and Manchester stations will be audited later this year.
