Bolloré opens Heathrow hub

French-owned forwarder Bolloré Logistics has formally opened its Skyline airfreight hub at London Heathrow Airport.
The 80,000 sq ft facility includes 64,000 sq ft of warehouse space, 16,000 sq ft of offices and provides 11,000 sq ft of fully bonded dedicated temperature controlled areas and quarantine and hazardous product zones.
Skyline is located on the A30 trunk road and close to the M4 and M25 motorways, as well as Heathrow cargo centre.
Bolloré UK managing director Stuart Innes, said: "The new facility represents a new beginning for our business to reinforce our position in the market but also in our attention to build new solutions and the ability to take our offering in new directions. We want to do this with our customers and this new facility gives us the chance to do it."
