Crane appoints Nazzari as it targets growth in EMEIA

Crane Worldwide Logistics has appointed Marco Nazzari to serve as regional vice president for its Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) region.
Nazzari will be responsible for overseeing Crane Worldwide Logistics’ continued growth and the further development its service offering in the region.
He will report to president and chief executive John Magee and will be based in Italy.
Crane Worldwide Logistics said it had aggressive growth plans for the remainder of 2018 and that Nazzari will help increase the pace of growth in the region in 2019 and beyond.
“We are excited to welcome Marco to the Crane Worldwide Logistics family,” said Magee. “Marco has extensive experience in the shipping and freight industry which will be a tremendous asset to our valued clients and teams.
“His most recent executive role at CEVA and his tenured track record proves he is incredibly talented and knowledgeable and will be a highly valued member of the team.”
Nazzari has more than 25 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, including his most recent position at CEVA where he was global head of freight management sales and led the company’s field sales and route development teams.
He also held various management and leadership positions during his career at Tuvia, AEI/Danzas, and EGL.
In a recent interview with Air Cargo News, Magee spoke of his plans to continue to grow the company.
