Duggan joins Singapore forwarder TVS Asianics

Former head of Saudia Cargo’s charter Division, Mike Duggan, has been appointed as senior vice president, global airfreight, at Singapore-headquartered freight forwarder TVS Asianics.
Duggan has worked in aviation for more than 27 years, starting out with DHL Express before joining Emirates SkyCargo to manage network development and the airline’s fleet of B747Fs and B777Fs.
He has also worked in Dubai with the HAE Group, the cargo GSA, which involved various global development and consulting roles with airlines based in Malaysia, Dubai, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi.
Prior to joining TVS Asianics, Duggan worked in Jeddah with Saudia Cargo, leading its charter division and managing its joint venture and blocked space activities with other airlines and freight forwarders.
At TVS Asianics, he is responsible for "working with airlines to help its customers to meet their airfreight needs".
Also joining the forwarder is William Foster, who becomes senior vice president global sales.
Prior joining the forwarder, he was regional sales director, Asia Pacific, at TNT Express and director of sales, Australia at Johnson and Johnson Medical.
At TVS Asianics, Foster takes on the "lead role for global sales, working closely with the operating companies in the group to define and implement the go-to-market organisational structure, as well as develop and integrate best-in-class sales systems and processes".
