New boss for SIA Cargo

SINGAPORE Airlines Cargo has appointed Chin Yau Seng as its new president.
Chin takes over from Lee Lik Hsin, who has taken a leave of absence to join Tiger Airways Holdings as chief executive.
Chin is currently Singapore Airlines’ senior vice-president, sales and marketing.
Between July 2011 and September 2012, he was also on a leave of absence from SIA, serving as executive director, and subsequently CEO, of Tiger Airways Holdings, in which the SIA Group is a 40 per cent shareholder.
He returned to SIA to head up the sales and marketing division in October 2012.
