LEVEL is IAG’s new Barca signing

IAG’s new long-haul low cost airline LEVEL is to join British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and Vueling in offering a cargo service from June. The carrier, launched in March  will offer wide-body cargo services from Barcelona, to Los Angeles, Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) and Buenos Aires with A330-200 aircraft.
IAG Cargo said it would be a useful alternative to its hub operation in Madrid, and will save time for some shipments by removing the need to truck goods to Madrid.
IAG commercial director David Shepherd, commented: "We already have one of the most extensive networks into the major cities of North and Latin America, and our new gateway will build on this further, providing customers with a wider range of options to get their goods to market. By adding LEVEL to our network, we will now be able to offer lift from Barcelona.”
