Qatar to fly to Saudi hub

Qatar Airways has launched thrice-weekly Airbus A320 passenger weekly flights between its Doha hub and Yanbu, increasing to four times a week from June 23.
The inaugural flight QR1216 to Prince Abdulmohsin Bin Abdulaziz Airport in Yanbu on May 9 was welcomed with a traditional water salute.
Qatar Airways group chief executive, Akbar Al Baker said connections to over 150 destinations would be available at Doha’s, Hamad International Airport.
Qatar is meanwhile starting a weekly freighter service from Doha to London Heathrow. See story:
