Cargolux digitises booking process with new online tool

Cargolux airlines has launched a new online tool that enhances both the booking process and customer service for its clients.

The innovative tool – which is part of Cargolux’s plan to digitise quote-generation, booking and other areas of the business to meet clients’ evolving needs – offers customers a “fast, seamless and personalised buying experience”.

Domenico Ceci, executive vice-president, sales and marketing, explained: “Our mission is to deliver superior digital sales experience for customers with AI-powered price optimization, quoting, and revenue management solutions. This new tool considers all the customer requirements in a single location to guarantee the right offer is made to every customer, every time.”
