AEI bags B737-400SF conversion trio for Vx Capital Partners

Aeronautical Engineers (AEI) is to provide Vx Capital Partners (Vx) with an additonal three B737- 400SF freighter conversions, marking AEI’s 25th such commission from the US-based aircraft lessor.
The first aircraft will start modification in March of this year, followed by the second aircraft in May and the third in August 2020.
All modification touch labour and maintenance requirements will take place at Kelowna-based KF Aerospace in Canada, an AEI-authorised conversion centre.
Vx president Will Hudson commented: “Given the robust demand for our portfolio of 42 B737 Classic freighters, Vx is well-positioned to serve our global customer base.
“We appreciate the ongoing support of AEI as we complete our 737-400 conversion program and turn our attention to the 737 Next Gen market.”
