AeroLogic appoints new managers to replace departing Weber

AeroLogic – the Lufthansa and DHL Express joint business – has appointed two new managers following the current managing director’s move across to ASL Airlines Belgium.
From May 1, Josef Moser, previously head of flight operations and crew training, will takeover as chief operations officer and accountable manager, while Wolfgang Raebiger, previously captain and head of fleet at Lufthansa Cargo, will take over as the new chief financial officer.
Lufthansa and DHL Express thanked Ulf Weber for his "great work" and wished him the "best of success in his future endeavors".
Markus Niedermeyer, who was also part of the AeroLogic management team, will remain in his role as head of administration for several months in order to ensure a smooth transition, before taking over a new management position at Lufthansa Cargo.
Weber’s departure to ASL Airlines Belgium, formerly TNT Airways, was announced at the beginning of the year.
