Cargolux doubles weekly service to Jakarta

Cargolux has added a second weekly link between Luxembourg and Jakarta just five months after it launched the first service.

The carrier says the success of the service to the Indonesian capital has prompted it to double its offering to cater for the growing market in South East Asia.

Domenico Ceci, executive vice-president sales and marketing, says: “This additional connection between Luxembourg and Jakarta provides further opportunities for our customers at both ends. Indonesia and the Far East have proved to be substantial markets and we are pleased to contribute to global commercial exchanges with this enhanced service.”

This additional connection departs Luxembourg at 11:55 (local time) on Thursday and arrives in Jakarta at 07:15 (local time) on Friday.
