Hong Kong Air Cargo launches trucking service

Freight carrier Hong Kong Air Cargo has launched a ground transportation operation, Hong Kong Air Cargo  Logistics, that will serve the local Hong Kong market in tandem with the airline.
Zeng Meng, assistant chief executive officer of Hong Kong Air Cargo, said: “With the completion of the Hong Kong–Zhuhai-Macao bridge, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan bridge as well as the ‘Belt and Road’ and the ‘Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’ initiatives introduced by the Chinese Government, moving forward, Hong Kong Air Cargo will focus to develop a fully integrated transportation network in the Greater Bay Area including air cargo, ground transportation and warehousing services with an aim to build Hong Kong as the logistics hub.”
Established in 2017, Hong Kong Air Cargo operates cargo services from Hong Kong to Bangkok, Dhaka, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore and Taipei.
The company also acts as cargo general sales agent for Hong Kong Airlines, whose freighter destinations include Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Dhaka, Almaty and Istanbul.
