Lufthansa Cargo releases new tracking app for airfreight

Lufthansa Cargo has released a new app that offers customers the ability to track consignments but also offer feedback to the airline.
The new Lufthansa Cargo eServices app updates users with information on their shipments on request via push notifications.
It also allows customers to provide feedback on shipments, including the ability to upload photos, so they can speed up the claims, complaints and feedback process.
The launch of the app follows on from the release of its online ePortal earlier this year.
The app can be obtained for free through the Google Play Store, Windows Phone Store and Apple App Store as well as Lufthansa Cargo’s website.
