"ABOUT a year-and-a-half ago we started receiving more enquiries from customers about our carbon emissions. We thought we should have something automated that is updated on a regular basis, so we created a tool that was based on our own initiatives, which was based on each individual flight. We also report on its nitrogen oxide and sulphur dioxide emissions. Customers have shown interest in these, and they are relatively straightforward to measure, unlike some other emissions, where metrics are more controversial."
