Qatar freighter to Hyderabad

QATAR Airways Cargo celebrates the launch of its new twice-weekly A330 freighter service to Hyderabad, India with a traditional water cannon salute.
“Hyderabad is a key destination for Qatar Airways Cargo, and we are delighted to start our scheduled freighter service this month,” says Ulrich Ogiermann, Qatar Airways’ chief officer, cargo.
“We aim to be a world-class air cargo service provider, and this is why we are constantly expanding our worldwide network.”
Hyderabad is an important centre for the pharmaceuticals industry, which is why main exports from the Indian city will include pharma products.
The airline already operates a daily passenger flight between Doha and Hyderabad.
Next month, Qatar Airways Cargo is to begin scheduled dedicated freighter services to London Stansted.
