Saudia Cargo boosts belly capacity this summer

SAUDI Airlines Cargo is increasing its belly cargo capacity on new B777 international routes to Manchester in the UK and Los Angeles, USA from April.
The direct services offer new cargo opportunities – up to a maximum of between six and 12 tonnes – to the destinations, both of which will be served three times a week.
“We’re delighted to be launching new non-stop routes from Riyadh/Jeddah to Manchester and from Riyadh/Jeddah to Los Angeles,” comments Peter Scholten, vice-president at Saudia Cargo.
“As our second passenger destination to the UK and our third to the USA, these new services will undoubtedly provide us with further opportunities to increase our presence in these key markets,” he adds.
Saudia Cargo is also boosting its systemwide belly capacity offering as a result of increased passenger frequencies to a number of destinations around the globe this year, including to Casablanca, Kuala Lumpur and Trivandrum.
