Turkish Cargo launches chatbot to provide 24/7 shipment updates

Turkish Cargo has introduced an online chatbot that can provide customers with around-the-clock updates about the status of their cargo shipments.

Powered with artificial intelligence, ‘Cargy’ can give information such available dates and flights for shipments. In addition, it can use a shipment’s air waybill number to provide details and status updates.

“Cargy will offer the opportunity [for customers] to enquire [about] rate details at its second phase in September and it will provide other details related to the cargo at its third phase, which will go live in December,” the carrier said in a statement.

Turkish Cargo added that it is enhancing and digitising its technological infrastructure to enhance its service quality.
