AirBridge can’t get enough -8Fs

AIRBRIDGE Cargo Airlines (ABC), part of Volga-Dnepr Group and Russia’s largest cargo airline, has taken delivery of an additional 747-8 from Boeing. This will take the carrier’s fleet of the model type to six.
The sixth aircraft was just delivered in mid-October. Denis Ilin, executive president of ABC, said the company was very satisfied with the freighter type’s payload and operating economics.
As well as the -8s, ABC also operates four 747-400ERFs and three 747-400Fs on flights connecting Russia, Italy, the Netherlands, China, the US, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong.
